you really want to keep doing this?

how were they not good examples? there were beige buildings everywhere! and i guess you didnt see the picture of the Dallas Galleria where beige highrises were lining both freeways? the whole city.. really? show me.

that example of uptown Houston was terrible. it was in the late afternoon, throwing an orangey yellow hue onto the buildings, making more of them look beige than they really are. to top it off, that was a picture from inside uptown, not a freeway, like you are proclaiming are all lined with beige buildings. and no.. most of the buildings going up in Uptown these days arent beige.

of course there will be an abundance of beige buildings in both cities. i dont see whats so hard to understand about that, and just admit that Dallas has more than enough beige buildings too. earth tones are a popular/safe color choice, and beige buildings were all the rage in the late 70s when both cities were seeing lots of growth.

Sounds like a similar situation with Deep Ellum Tax Increment Financing district that recently expanded to the heart of Deep Ellum, and even includes the old Dallas High School. Now, redevelopment is ripe for both that, and the historic core of Deep Ellum. Take a look at these links. The last link is just about the developer making the historic areas more pedestrian friendly and received some money from this program.

Montgomery is nearly 60mi away from Houston's CBD.

It's still a suburb.

Bluejack National is actually just over 50 miles away, but is it, or is it not in the Houston metro? (hint: it is)

CBD? What does the town of Montgomery have to do with Marijuana strains?

All kidding aside, Montgomery is within Houston's MSA, though I wouldn't really call it an actual suburb, the way The Woodlands or Sugarland is. More like a bedroom community or commuter town. Close enough to be considered part of the Greater Houston area though.

What Prosper is to DFW, Montgomery is to Houston.

Try Howe. Prosper is 20mi closer than Montgomery is to the CBD.

Prosper is also much more connected to the Metroplex than Montgomery is to Houston, despite being in the Houston MSA.

Prosper is 34mi away from downtown Dallas.

Celina is 41mi away from downtown Dallas.

Gunter is 50mi away from downtown Dallas.

Howe is 54mi from downtown Dallas, which is the same distance Montgomery is from downtown Houston.
