In addition, I also order my prime rib to be cooked medium. Got to have that pink effect. I like Saltgrass and Lawry's for prime rib.

Charbroiled T-bone at Cattleman's. Needs nothing on it! With a baked potato side, green beans and biscuits. Sweet iced tea to drink. Pecan pie ala mode for dessert. Can hardly move after that meal!!

Welll, buddy, in our feeble defense on that (noting Travelers good basic point of course), Chicken-fried steak was listed in the earlier food polls and won in fact!
