CapitalOne has a call center (I think) just off 114 @ Esters Blvd... or N Belt Line.
Assurant Solutions (electronics warranty sppt) has a call center in Addison, 214-503-3800 < may be closed, was CircuitCity warranty
ATT Broadband/Uverse is downtown and in Richardson, contact AmeriTraining (740) 756-7461
Verizon Broadband has an outsourced call center somewhere near your area but don't recall the name of the contractor.
Verizon FiOS has an in house -Union shop- call center near Hidden Ridge. Call their HR. Extensive training, big bucks.
Verizon also has a few Telco call centers, Garland area and Denton.

Probably Austin, mostly technical and basic wages.

Texas is a 'right to work' state so you won't find a lot of union shops with demand wages. Unless the trade is broadly known as a union trade, such as Telco. That would be Dallas, with AT^T and Verizon.

Try the state job board, Work in Texas, search/browse for 'call center' < match all words > specify city if you like > 'call center', dallas
