I have experience in outbound and inbound. Collections center, satelite sales call center, and magazine customer service for magazines call center.

I know its a huge area and you cant list every call center...thats common sense bro...not only that, you don't even know of every call center...how could you....I'm asking for ones that people on this board know about.

San Antonio seems to get a new, major call center every year. Companies like our neutral accent, cheap labor, and large bilingual population.

More often than that, in my observation. It seems to me like new call centers are opening up 3-4 times a year.

You might take a look at Cloud10. They handle support for 'various' companies needing call center services, including ViaSat (WildBlue), https://www.cloud10corp.com/. It's a work from home setup, completely legit. Must have own PC, etc (not 64 bit).

San Antonio is the king of call centers...thats the only type of business operations that have been set up here the past several years.

id also vote san antonio. in addition to the many people have listed for SA is WEST still there? to my knowledge thats a huge call center too.
