Hello, I am a divorced mom living in the Metroplex and wanting to relocate into a smaller community for various reasons. I am an elementary school teacher that is having a hard time finding a teaching position, but I work hard subbing and tutoring. I am looking in the North TX area of either Cooke Co. or Grayson Co. and I was wondering if anyone could tell me about Gainesville? How are the schools and are they in as much trouble as other TX schools? How are they concerning education since I have three children? Is there a church or community that is more welcoming to Divored/single moms? Thanks....
