Wiregrass Mall! More and more shops are movng in and there are nice restaurants where you can enjoy eating or having a drink outside.

Every where there are rocking chairs so people who want to sit and wait for their loved ones can enjoy the view and wait in a very relaxed way.

A little train is riding around for the little ones

The only thing that is to me a con is that on very hot or rainy days, I rather go to an indoor mall...

Are you talking about opening a business nearby----or looking for a place to live?

Personally, I'd take Westchase either way. It's close to everything, and Citrus Park Mall has a much better selection of stores. Wiregrass is a pretty long haul from the downtown area, beaches, etc.

I disagree with Citrus Mall...there isn't even a Forever 21 which in this economy is a nice shop if you have daughters and they want clothing for nice prices....!

I agree if you talk about the area...Westchase is a great area but the homes are also more expensive and so is the property taxes since it is Hillsborough County!

I like Westchase better because it's closer to the beach and the International Mall!

I second this! Wiregrass is New Tampa area, isn't it? I prefer Westchase.
