in pasco county there are retirement communities in Lutz, Land o Lakes and Wesley Chapel. all really nice areas with less crime and good access to major roadways.

Looking for a retirement community (incl. life-care) in Deer Park, WA area. My hubby and I are in early '60s. In good physical shape. But want to settle in Spokane area and "age in place". Looking for a place with enough acreage to provide walking trails and reasonable gym facility. Is it realistic?

You can also look in Dade City/Zephyrhills. A VFW in each one, very reasonable areas to live. Z-hills has long been a retirement mecca for the less wealthy.
