Can anyone tell me more about the Palencia Drive area of Tampa? Good/bad?
I was looking online at apartments and some appear nice online. However, I know looks can be deceiving.
Thanks for all your help.

Hi,
I'm new to this type of forum. How do I post a message about Lakeland?
Thanks for your help. I don't know what to click onto. Grandma of 7

Palencia Drive is in the Carrollwood section of Tampa. It's north of the international airport, Raymond James stadium and the Yankies stadium. It's several blocks of one of the busiest main drags, Dale Mabry Blvd. It hase manny restrurants, stores and bussiness. I have two daughters living within a quarter of a mile from the apartments. It's a busy, but nice area. There are many nice homes tucked away in the area on big lakes.

Grandma of 7,

It's really easy. If you want to reply to something somebody has said, there is a button over at the right bottom to reply. If you want to simply ask a question without tieing it to something somebody has said, as in a new question. At the bottom left there is a button to click on for writing a new message.

Once you click on it, a little window will come up so you can type your message just like you did before. Then you can submit reply and post that message.

Enjoy.

thanks,
Now that's kinda scary. I've seen Tampa traffic and this sounds like it might be right in the middle of it.
