No. We've ours (brand new w/house lots of upgrades) on the market since June '06 and still cannot sell it. Then again we had really inept agents and only now got a fairly decent one. Too little, too late as we've lost much money and have spent hundreds in ads, flyers and have utilized all the free sites we could think of. We're just trying to short sale or foreclose so we can have our lives back. What's left of them.
