So I am not at all familiar with the area but not a fan of roaches and such. I want to find a clean building to live in with some decent amenities. I am willing to spend up to 900 a month and want some honest feedback on some great apartment complex's. I am in my mid 20's and like to go out, so don't want to end up in a geriatrics ward.

Calais Park Apts. is a great complex, off the top of my head. Gated community, gorgeous floorplans. Just got back from my recon trip. We looked at a loft style plan. It was so pretty, has w/d in them. They have a website. Also, Lincoln Shores was pretty nice. A 2/2 was $900 so you should be able to get a 1 bdrm for cheaper. There were several others close to Lincoln Shores (do an apt search for 33716 zip code). I just did not physically look at them as they were too high for me. But may be great for you. Again, I was looking for a 2/2. Best wishes!
