Pleae help!
Looking to buy a condo in Palm Harbor area soon and need help! Which condo properties should I stay away from? I'm also looking at Clearwater, but only the areas closest to Palm Harbor and in P Harbor. My biggest concern is SAFETY!
What about Fox Chase, Harbor Club? Or anything on Countryside Blvd? Anywhere else? So lost!

I know Harbor Club on alt 19 is a condo conversion, and therefore not something I would look to buy.
Much depends on the price range you are looking for.
In Palm Harbor there is Boot Ranch, Inn1sbrook, Lansbrook, Bentley at cobbs landing, Steeplechase, and in Oldsmar- Eastlake Woodlands to name a few.
Not familiar with fox chase..
Countryside has some really nice looking condo's too-but I haven't been inside any of them.
