Given that Micron is based in Boise, if I’m not mistaken, that would be a great model of a lifestyle center for the Great Northern property. https://www.thevillageatmeridian.com/

Looking at Old Town Scottsdale, it would look like a good fit perhaps around Caughdenoy Road and/or Henry Clay Boulevard at Route 31, with development occurring on both sides of 31. Caughdenoy/31: https://maps.app.goo.gl/4Qv5dRgMV4tgDxCx5?g_st=ic

Here is another example of a suburban downtown center that could be inspiration for the town of Clay. Legacy West in Plano, Texas.

Do you know what this is based off of?

Liverpool and North Syracuse covers the vast majority of the town, with the Kimbrook/Gaskin Road area covered by B’ville; with the far northern portions being covered by Phoenix(NW) and Central Square(NE). Both of those last two districts based in Oswego County.

If you do a Google search "best Syracuse suburb school district ranked" the website shows up. It starts with a N.

I not allowed to link to websites that compete with this one.

I know which one you are referring to and I’m not sure if it is viewed as a competing site, as that is usually based on the mod’s discretion.

I think that site uses different criteria than other sites in terms of rankings. For instance, diversity appears to be a criteria for that site and looking at that list, Liverpool would be the most diverse out of those districts. It uses other/academic criteria as well, but I’m curious of what they saw. I say that given that North Syracuse has had a little bit higher grad rate than Liverpool and is the second most diverse out of that list.

Clay, N.Y. — A Syracuse-based developer is weeks away from buying Great Northern Mall, and he hopes to transform the eyesore into a community of medical offices, entertainment spaces and hundreds of homes.
