Too bad you must expose yourself to STL. Even the "safe" burbs are not safe. Good luck!!!!

Congratulations. You've just won the "Hyperbolic Statement of the Year" award.

What you state is a LIE. You are doing no one a favor by posting such drivel. Get a life and quit bashing St. Louis.

The Creve Coeur/New Ballas area is perfectly safe, day or night. Very nice area. Check out Growler's Pub down the road on Olive - a great place to get bagged (but DON'T get any of their food, it's awful. I've had better food in MREs).

Sorry! Your post sounded like a suggestion to the OP, not a new question. Yes, it is a very nice suburb. Traffic can get a little congested up there. I don't know it too well myself.

Thanks for the replies-didn't mean to hijack the thread!

Traffic congestion--can that be because of I-270? Will be travelling that route...care to discuss the traffic issues? Thanks for any and all info! Will be working out near the airport.

Apologies to the OP--certainly didn't mean to detract from your original post.
