Simple. Finish the statement.

I love St. Louis because there's nothing like watching the Cardinals and Blues kick butt!

I love St. Louis because no matter how many cool places I go, no matter how many new people I meet, nothing comes close to that tingly feeling I get when I see the skyline and the beautiful Arch on my way into town.

Oh but also because it's fabulously inexpensive!

Darn, you two took my two reasons!!! LOL. At least my two main reasons....I don't think I'll ever be too old to not have that tickly feeling in my tummy when I see the arch from a distance or at a Cards game where it literally IS a sea of red. I know every town says they have the best fans but we really do. NOWHERE do you see as many people in fan jersys as St. Louis. I think I've made it my life-long study to watch the other stadiums and you just don't see that pride except here. They might love their teams, but they don't broadcast it like we do!

But there's also nothing like the beauty....canoeing on the Meremac or driving down to Branson. Or up the River Road. Gorgeous.

It's big enough to matter, but small enough to be special.

St. Louis is able to say 'been there done that, but I'm back for more'.

It's an old red brick b*tch with an attitude.

Default lame landscape?

The Ozarks are far from lame, although I'm not a fan of the landscape further north of I-70.

So far as St. Louis though...great sports and fans, historic city with character, and small enough to get around easily. Lots of other reasons too, just as there are plenty of things I didn't care for. How it goes with most any city or area though.
