In town for the weekend. Prefer a hotel withing walking distance.
2nd choice would be a hotel to cab but the area around the hotel offers
good food and drinks, fun enviroment.

advise?

thanks

You might consider staying downtown and cabbing it to the Fox...it's only a 7-10 minute ride when it's busy.

There are several hotels around 20th & Market, but other than Union Station and a few bars, there's not much to do there. Head only a mile further east and you're in the heart of downtown.

The Chase is probably your best choice. It is in the Central West End, which is a short cab ride away from the Fox. The area around the Chase is full of restaurants and cute little shops.

In CWE The Chase would be a good choice. What's the budget? Hotel Indigo in CWE isn't open yet. There will be a boutique Hyatt across the street from the Fox, but it isn't completed yet either.

Downtown is the other best bet. Lots of choices within 1-3 miles East of the Fox/Mid-Town.
