Option #1 is significantly less sketchy. That doesn't necessarily mean I'd choose number 1, but the general feel of the neighborhood and the quality of your neighbors is going to vary quite a bit between these two locations. really really have to find something to love in the Michigan property to make it worth it.

I used to live near Arsenal and Morganford and really enjoyed it. TGE is great, but IMO TGS has more to offer in terms of walkability and stability.

I had friends that lived on Hartford between Gustine and Roger and they really enjoyed it. Being just 1 block south of the park is nice, especially for events.
