As a Djokovic fan, his loss to Sam Querrey (BTW, congrats to Sam for an excellent match) doesn't bother me that much - he just won the career Grand Slam and non-calendar year Grand Slam a few weeks ago and has already won Wimbledon 3 times. What I want to see Djoker do is 1) win a second French Open and 2) win the Cincinnati Masters. (I'd also like to see him win a third U.S. Open; considering how good Djokovic has been in New York in terms of deep tournament runs, it is amazing he's only won that tournament twice.) If he wins at Roland Garros a second time, he'll become the first man in the Open Era to win each Grand Slam twice. If he wins Cincinnati, he'll have won all 4 Slams, all 9 Masters 1000 events, and the ATP World Tour Finals. (Djoker has actually won each of the other 8 Masters events at least twice.) No man has won all 9 Masters events, and no man has won all 14 of the biggest events on the ATP Tour.
Sam Querrey beating Djokovic was a huge upset. Djokovic said that he's not feeling 100%, so maybe that was a contributing factor. Some extra time off could help Djokovic right now before the U.S. Open.
This is a huge opportunity for Andy Murray. Possibly Roger Federer too.

It's a huge opportunity for everyone still remaining in the field, especially those guys in Djokovic's quarter or half of the draw. I do think Murray and Federer are the biggest beneficiaries, though it seems like Federer hasn't been playing that well recently or this year in general.
