It's a huge opportunity for everyone still remaining in the field, especially those guys in Djokovic's quarter or half of the draw. I do think Murray and Federer are the biggest beneficiaries, though it seems like Federer hasn't been playing that well recently or this year in general.
Regardless how far Federer goes on this Wimbledon, he is very happy that Djokovic is out, because this event increase his chance of remaining as the player with the most grand slam titles.

Murray has to get it done now. No Djokovic (10-24 career record), no Nadal, and Federer isn't as good as he was in 2012 when Federer beat Murray in the Wimbledon Finals.
I don't think Sam Querrey can win the whole thing, though it would be great to see an American male actually win a major.

You forget to mention that this is a great opportunity for chasers such as Tsonga, Nishikori, Roanic, etc.
Is FATHER TIME starting to catch up to Djokovic???...
Not really, and this was bound to happen eventually- especially on the fast grass of the 1st week of Wimbledon.
You are always vulnerable against a hard hitter or a big server on grass. (they always have a "punchers chance")
Does anyone remember Nadal in 2013?
Out in the 1st Round of Wimbledon, only turn on an absolutely devastating 2013 USO summer series on fast hard courts , crushing all the opposition, including Djoker.
Too early to call that one yet.
After an early exit at Wimby, Djoker can now go straight to the Deco-turf fast hard courts, to train for Rio and the USO series.
There is no time to lament on a loss, but move forward with the rest of the season.
Chasers are having a good shot this year at Wimbledon. I am talking about Tsonga, who just beat Isner, and Nishikori, who has had an easy journey so far, and Raonic who is cruising through.
He will be hoisting that BIG trophy over his head next Sunday for the 18th time in a Slam ... while Andy the Choker stands next to that umpire's chair and wipes away the tears streaming down his face...
