Rave: Weather for Tuesday says, wind gusts to 55 in the morning, decreasing to 45 in the afternoon, with 90% chance of rain and snow during the day, 70% chance of snow during the night.
Rant: Just got an email from NOAA in Billings with a warning. They expect 2-4 inches of rain from this system to dump on here and will cause major flooding. Not what I was looking forward to.
