Its okay, city will destroy Spurs back 3, 5, 8, 10, 11, heck even if we played 12 in the box, I think Haaland would score. Its insane what he is doing.

But I am looking forward to the January 14 rematch!

In Champions League, MC has already made the knockout round. Liverpool could lose to Napoli and Ajax and still make it on goal differential. A draw in either match and they’re in. Spurs and Chelsea still have work to do.

Liverpool-MC on Sunday. In recent years, that would have been a huge match.

Liverpool's demolition of Rangers just shows the massive difference between the EPL and the SPL

The spending difference is obvious, on the pitch and the depth on the bench.

Sure. Bring in Saleh off the bench at 68’ and he has a hat trick.

I’m curious how the Liverpool-Napoli match will turn out. Liverpool got really spanked in Naples. I’m less curious about Liverpool-Manchester City this weekend. MC is so much better that a draw would be a miracle.

MC should easily win. Liverpool is still not playing well. But we will see, anything can happen. We have a Leeds supporter visiting this weekend, so I have two reasons to pull against the gunners this match week. Spurs get Everton, who can either look great or pedestrian depending on the day. Obviously hoping for the latter.

I’m entertained by Pickford. Last year, I asked why he was booed in Newcastle any time he touched the ball. He was enjoying it. In Anfield, Everton was trying for a draw and Pickford was doing amazing time wasting and flopped to the ground any time he possessed the ball. After Liverpool had the lead, Becker imitated the flop. I laughed.

I’ll be watching Blackburn at the usual Saturday time slot. They have been alternating win/loss since August. Remarkably inconsistent. Sunderland is at Ewood Park on Tuesday. I’m wondering how many away supporters they will have. It’s on ESPN+ as a Sky game.

Nice to here it is on ESPN+. I enjoyed learning about the history between Newcastle, Pickford, and Everton when you asked that question. I feel like I am always learning about this amazing English football fans. It is such a part of their identity. While I have spent a lot of time over on that side of the Pond, I will never truly understand it.
