Give it time. I see some lucrative loans from the Saudi league making their way to the North east, for purely football reasons, I'm sure.

I watched the Where’s Waldo - Magpie derby. No surprises. Sunderland played like a Championship team.

Blackburn came back from 0-1 and 1-2 to beat Cambridge. The usual defensive lapses to concede goals but against a much better squad so they won 5-2. It’s their first win in a month. It’s been pretty grim. Their midfield is really bad at transitioning from offense to defense.

West Ham/Bristol and Nottingham/Blackpool all tied today, which is interesting. No real upsets this Cup so far. Arsenal just look abysmal right now.

Steady, Manchester United play tonight.

Also, Maidenhead Utd beating Stevenage, may not be a glamour tie, but a semi-professional outfit beating a League one team still counts as an upset I think.

fair point I can see the Wigan manager would probably have to resign if they lose to Utd

Blackburn Rovers hosting Hollywood. Almost as good as Taylor Swift.

I don’t have first hand knowledge I’ll admit to but I think Taylor Swift is better than sheep.

A reference to the Welsh and their perceived penchant for loving of the wooly kind.

Ok, that is funny!

Hollywood brings a lot of fans with them. It will surely be easy to find on television in the US.
