Ranking: MLS vs. Hyundai A-League (football, EPL, leagues, European)

If you were to rate these two leagues against each other, which one comes out ahead? I'm a fan of both...really the only soccer leagues that I follow (Sporting KC and Perth Glory fan).

Never watched the "A" league but how is it different from the European leagues? and how different from the MLS?

That's what I am trying to figure out...in terms of skill level...obviously EPL and the top leagues in Europe are stronger than MLS (America) and the A-League (Australia), but I was wondering between these two...how would you rank them in terms of skill level?

I love the A League, watched it all the time on Fox Soccer before I dropped TV. I would say the MLS is of a higher standard of play.

I watch quite abit of the A-League. But can't help as don't watch much of the MLS.

MLS is of higher quality IMO. To be expected though. Both relatively new to football but America has a 12x larger population.

They both are the same in terms of obstacles they need to over come as far as gaining traction in their respective sporting cultures.

does the A-League have academies? Lots of good young players coming through MLS academies.

From what I've seen I'd rate the MLS higher.
