This place for pizza:
Big Mario's New York Style Pizza | New York Style Pizza
It's loud, it's busy, the pizza's great.
There's a Via Tribunali on Capitol Hill also. Neapolitan style pizza. Very good, and a great happy hour.

I have had several excellent (albeit vegetarian) Mexican meals at Poquitos. But very crowded on Fri/Sat nights.

Three places come to mind for burgers-

1. Dick's , on Broadway. It's a Seattle institution and they have some passionate fans. Cheap burger joint.

2. The Deluxe Bar and Grill-
The DeLuxe Bar and Grill - Seattle Restaurant
Over the years, I've eaten at the Deluxe a lot. Consistently very good burgers, including a homemade veggie patty.. They know what they're doing there, one of the reasons the place has been there 50+ years. You can always count on finding something good there, it's a fun place, and prices aren't too bad( I think Wednesday is Burger Night, where burgers are half price.) Great beer selection too.

3. Quinn's- Might be Seattle's best burger. It's really a truly epic, awesome burger. And insanely overpriced. The place is noisy and pretentious. But dang! are their burgers great.
