Which one would you want to live in? The area in Issaquah is Old Towne, and the one in Sammamish is near Pine Lake/Pine Lake Park?

My husband if you recall is working at Microsoft? We will be deciding on Monday. I get to look at both houses, but I'm wondering which community/school district would be better? Or maybe what are the pros/cons of each.

Thanks!

Also should mention that one house is smaller than the other, and significantly less expensive. However that one has a better yard. Flat, with fenced in. And the other wouldn't be useable really.... Both neighbors seem to be very family oriented, and great community feel.

Thanks!

You will be happy with either Issaquah or Sammamish (where we live). Schools are all good, most of the Pine Lake area is in the same District as Issaquah. There is little difference in commute, from Pine Lake go down 212th to East Lake Sammamish and it will be maybe 5 minutes closer than Issaquah. Old Towne is closer to shopping but again, only 5 minutes farther from Pine Lake.

Agree with the above

I live up on the Sammamish Plat and I would choose up here over down below. I just like the community feel up here better but you cannot go wrong being anywhere in Issaquah. We love it!
