Lucky DH gets to leave May 1st but the rest of us get to stick around until August. Lots of work ahead, packing up a 6 person household and hiring various trades-people to spruce up the place to rent it out. One last summer in the desert. At least we will get out of here by the end of August. That's the point at which I start climbing the walls and feeling like a desperate, caged animal because its been hot for so long and there is no end in sight. It stays hot until late October, sometimes. Hooray!!! I'm soooo happy!!

I know how you feel! We're moving from Dallas mid-June! We are looking to live in Bellevue, kirkland, or Issaquah. Can't wait to leave the Texas heat & humidity! Not to mention all the Mosquitos carrying west Nile! My daughter is trying to imagine playing at a park in the middle of July!

Yeah, I understand. Playing in the park mid-July means it must be after 8pm! And then we get eaten alive by Mosquitos!!
