I'll second Bob's Quality Meats. And they're offal, or at least they sell it.
Shawn and Ted's Quality Meats in Renton is also excellent. And the various Vietnamese supermarkets( Viet Wah, Ranch 99) sell all kinds of offal.

Bill the Butcher in Bellevue is rad too if youre on the Eastside but Ive never been able to get my friends over there to try it out. Probly because it's not a massive supermarket chain.

Default Many...

Don & Joe's at Pike Place

There is a newer butcher under the Pike Place Bar & Grill that opened recently - really good, single-farm butcher.

Bill the Butcher in Magnolia

Whole Foods typically has spectacular, if pricey, butcher sections. The one in Roosevelt is no exception.

There's a butcher way down west on N 80th St in Ballard/Loyal Heights whose name escapes me...

B&E Meats in the Southend (2 locations - Burien and Des Moines). Basically the institution of the areas.

Bill The Butcher's downtown Bellevue location closed months ago, and it wasn't there very long. It's very possible not many people knew about it.

In Bellevue we have The Golden Steer, which has been around I think since the 1960s.

Issaquah has Fischer Meats.

I just put in a bulk order of beef at Shawn and Ted's Quality Meats in Renton - customer service was awesome and when we first went in to get a price quote Ted gave us 2 lbs of ground beef to sample - completely free of charge. We've also had their pork chops. Great tasting meat, prices reasonable for quality of meat, and if you are placing a large order they will cut the prices and package things according to your needs.

Well that doesnt surprise me. Wrong clientele and I assume poor advertising.
