I have tried those comparison sites, but just getting more confused.. I'm thinking of just trowing a dart on the map.

I don't quite understand. Do you want to buy or rent a house with a pool or do you want to live near a public pool? Close to the beach would mean Tybee Island. Wilmington Island is about a 15 minute drive from Tybee. Savannah is about 20-40 minutes from Tybee, depending on where you start from. You can swim all year. It's just up to what degree of cold you will tolerate. There is no swimming season.

Yes, we have bugs. Cockroaches all year around and gnats in the spring and fall. Mosquitoes after several days of rain. The County has an effective spraying program that keeps most mosquites down.

Sticky... if you mean humidity, we get over 90% humidity very often in the summer. Yes, very sticky.

I have no idea about jobs for medical coders. 3 hospitals and scads of medical offices in the area.

I forgot....you can also swim in many of the rivers. All you need is to know someone that has a dock. There are a couple of public docks that allow swimmers.

In Savannah you are only allowed to have 5 dogs at one residence.
