Pretty much all of them.. I had a student who lived at a complex on Morse and it seemed a little cheap (not much insulation) but safe, and nearly everyone I saw was Indian. They liked it because they could walk to the light-rail, but eventually moved to San Jose Lynbrook area for the schools and found a lot of Indian families there.

Hi, I am a female Indian student, seeking to do an internship for 6 months, in Palo Alto. Would living in Sunnyvale or Palo Alto, be better, considering the expenses, and the kind of locality? Where could I find Indian girls to share apartment with?

Speaking as someone who has lived in both Sunnyvale and Palo Alto, you will find plenty of Indian people in both locations. My daughter has many South Asian classmates at her school in Palo Alto. Sunnyvale probably has a higher concentration of Indian people, and with more Indian stores and restaurants (I like the India Cash and Carry on El Camino Real in S'vale).

While it's nice to be in Palo Alto, being closer to the university, it's a lot more pricier than Sunnyvale. So budget considerations may weigh in to your decision.

The last thing I can recommend is trying to live within your ethnic communities.
