Today , I have to dodge a School Bus and to go straight . Because , School Bus need turn left so School Bus to go into lane left . I stopped waiting for the bus . The School Bus to go slow into lane left turn . When Shool Bus stopped , Rear of School Bus tobe overhang , so I dodge to the School Bus and ran straight . So , I have a ticket and broke the law ???

Those are, I believe, cameras for the driver to see around the bus and avoid running over small children.
Nothing to do with the police, you'll be OK>

You only broke the law if the bus had its "flashers" turned on. When the small red lights on a school bus are blinking, EVERYBODY (in both directions) on a small street must stop.

If the lights were not blinking, then it is OK to pass a bus, even pulled over to the sidewalk.
