Hi there, I'm looking for temporary housing for approx 3 months as I transition into a new job in San Fran. Ideally I would like to be in the Marina/Cow Hollow, Pac Heights, and Russian Hill area.

I was referred to 2000 Broadway (a Trinity Management property) but after reading terrible reviews I have pretty much decided to keep my search alive.

Do you guys have any recommendations for short-term, furnished buildings? OR good places to find sublets? I have already checked craigslist and sublet.com

Thanks for your help in advance, looking forward to living in the bay!

If your budget allows for it, try one of the corporate housing companies like Oakwood Corporate Housing, Temporary Apartments, Government Lodging, Serviced Apartments and Extended Stay Housing | Oakwood (but I think most of their properties are in SOMA or Financial district). I used them in the past, when I relocated to San Jose (was there for 3 months), and also for a vacation in Tokyo.

Craigslist has a temporary roommates/tenants section where you could probably find a place to live for a few months but you'd probably have to get locked into a set time (like 3 months etc) and it might be hard to find one that was furnished and not a dump.
