we have seen some lovely landscape while driving around
and my daughter who lives south of Sarasota Fl really likes the purple (mainly)flower heads on long stalks with some leaves that are growing closer to ground--the flowers are in clumps sort of like hydrangas but more open/loose

saw some that were in red too I think

tried to Google up the type of plant but not having any luck

could someone point me in the right direction

my daughter wanted to get some for their FL house if they would grow there

Agapanthus. I'm sure they'll grow in FL too.
