My buddy wants to move out to San Diego like I am, he works in the non-profit sector and has worked with an environmental organization briefly and is now in non-profit theatre. Anyone any idea on the job market for this sector?

I work for The Center for Sustainable Energy (formerly the San Diego Regional Energy Office) we have about 30 employees and are looking for more...check out our website San Diego Regional Energy Office for more info....we are an "enviromental" place, do a lot of energy efficiency work, solar panel rebates, etc....
