Why exactly are all of you hating on Hemet? What did this city ever do to you people? Inquiring minds would like to know...

Go over there and find out.

Just take the I-10W to the HWY 79 exit, hang a left, and keep going till you see this...then head straight for it.

I hope that you take the time to look it over thoroughly. Should there be any missing information on this definition of the IE, please inform me.

P.S.: Should I put down the census-designated places (CDPs) on there, as well?
You forgot Grand Terrace, Highland and Mentone in San Bernardino County

I did put Highland. I forgot to add Grand Terrace and Mentone until I added them in my later list of cities and CDPs in the IE.

I've been through (and to) Hemet several times. My impression was that it was (is) a bit run-down, agricultural, and another bedroom community (exurb) for those who work in SD County, OC, or the LA Area.

You can blink and miss Bryn Mawr. I believe it is along the Rd. Barton, a bit east of LLUMC.

Hemet is where desperate serfs go to find housing, when the better offerings of Moreno Valley and/or Perris by-the-Lake simply cannot be achieved, mostly due to financial constraints. Hemet is one of the ends of the line within the Empire, the last stop before you give up and move to the kingdoms of the Phoenix, or the Las Vegas.

I am happy to include Murriecula in the official Empire, if they are willing to let us have them. We could use their tax dollars.
