Update: Nothing tornadic at the moment, but still tracking several large hail producers to the west of San Antonio. These storms can still go tornadic at any time, so I'll be keeping a close eye on the radar throughout the night.

THANK you so much Anthony for your passion....to watch the weather and ensure those of us that know NOTHING about it stay safe as possible. Remember the night we were having the CDF get together at La Tuna and that HUGE storm rolled in...and we all sat there like dummies while you described to us what was occurring??? WONDERFUL memories!!!

UPDATE: Squall line now starting to form along the dryline/cold front from about Eagle Pass to Dallas. This line has embedded supercells with large hail, damaging winds, and still cannot rule out an isolated tornado. Further east, supercell thunderstorms remain west of San Antonio and these storms will be capable of producing large hail and isolated tornadoes.

CALL TO ACTION: If you're in Devine, Natalia, Lytle and in SW Bexar County near and SE of I-35, you need to take put your tornado safety plan in action now. This includes the Von Ormy area. If you're in Downtown San Antonio and on the southside, you need to review your tornado safety plans and prepare to put them in action at a moment's notice. Possible tornado is moving NE along I-35.
