Wow.. usually the only seabreeze convection you see at night is over the ocean. Then again, it's so dang humid that I guess it doesn't make a difference

My best guess judging on regional radar and satellite is this is a from a weak tropical wave moving ashore. Very nice rains south of the Rio Grande Valley.

HUGE CAVEAT in this forecast as we approach the weekend. As far as our ridge goes, the models are all over the place so I used very little guidance on them and went with old school meteorology.

If the wave doesn't develop, then the ridge will allow for even warmer temps than already posted.

OMG, no kidding! You definitely need a "warmer" color to cover the Summer lows. Its still kinda funny as we do a lot of wishful thinking! My wishful thinking right now is for my CPS bill to not arrive!
