Can someone please post a link and instructions to find crime stats for apartment complexes? Is this even possible? I am assuming that asking the office staff at the complex will result in fudged numbers.

This site isn't for crime stats, and some of the reviews need to be taken with a grain of salt, but there is usually some truth to what people have to say.
Apartment Ratings - Apartments for Rent with Ratings and Reviews from Actual Renters

If you know the address of the complex, you can key it into the SAPD crimebase here:
MySA.com: Crimebase (http://crimebase.mysanantonio.com/ - broken link)

Then you can always ask on here--someone's probably familiar, if not with the complex, at least the area of town it's in.

Thanks that apartment rating link was very helpful! It figures that two of the three I looked up got horrible reviews. Glad I could get some real world opinions.
