What smuboy said pretty much hits the nail on the head. There's definately some nice smaller MCMish pads there though, and it's WAY cheaper than Terrell Hills proper, but the similarity ends at the name, East Terrell Hills is basically a 50's tract subdivision, whereas Terrell Hills is, well, you know, not a 50's tract subdivision

I think there's promise there though, it's centrally located, and I would think/hope more young folks might move in, fix those pads up, etc. Could be real nice. I always tend to get fixated on Terrell Hills though, and just seem to bypass East Terrell. I need to drive through there again sometime, it's been a while. I'll take some pics for you.

Googie, Pics would awesome. I've been compiling a list of all the subdivisions mentioned on this and other threads. I have a lot of homework to do.
