Investment property - LOL Good luck Bro.

You and a hundred thousand other people when existing homes are in critical shortage.

San Antonio is an entirely different market at the moment.

Any moderately nice home is going to be in about the same price range. A small ranch home in SA in a district families want to be in will be in the 250-300k price range. My parents neighborhood of crap KB homes has some going for 300k. You aren’t going to get a house for 100k here, where people want to be. I’m sorry.

We bought an investment property in New Braunfels. There are very few available rentals in NB.

Have you ever managed a rental in a different city? It can be challenging.

You’ll still need to know what’s going on, though. And even though you’re close it could still be pretty hard. I mean, good luck and all but I think you’re fighting an uphill battle here.
