Hi guys. I have noticed a large area of land being cleared next to the above mentioned Walgreens at the WC entrance. Anybody know what's coming??

I also have seen the sign for the ministorage soon to be built at the WC entrance. YUCK!!! Too bad the WC developers didn't have enough sense to have ownership of more land than JUST the clock tower area!

I was sickened when I saw that storage sign.. Hopefully nobody living in WC will utilize it and maybe that will get them shut down. Those apartments will probably use it though. These people are trying to kill our resale value or something. It is getting so ugly out here..

I had heard a while back that a hotel was going to be built in the 1604/potranco area. I hope that the area I was curious about isn't it! But, it is such a large area being cleared that I can't help but wonder.

I think this was covered in the Potranco and 1604 threads, even tho it's not on Potranco...

There's a big shopping center coming, Super Target, smaller shops...I'll see if I can find the map...

Yeah really. There goes the neighborhood. Not to mention the dollar stores and nail saloons that will occupy that retail space.

Time to hold a meeting with the family to implement relocation phase 3!

The salons are almost always the first ones to move in, too...
