The other half and I went to The Circle C Steak House in Devine Friday PM on the corner of 173 and IH35S. It's a place we've gone to for years but hadn't been there in a while. We both ordered steaks. Both were cooked to near perfection and we really enjoyed the groceries. Unfortunately, where we were sitting was a direct look into the kitchen when the girls were bring the food out. I've eaten in a lot of places, some in Mexico, and I've never seen a kitchen so filthy in my life. The cabinets and tops that the girls used to assemble the foods together on the trays were grey black with filth. The floor was dirtier than the parking lot. The walls at the bottom were grey black from the filth. Most apparently there are zero health inspections in Devine. Too bad, the groceries were really good but this place is off the list.

I've gone to Triple C twice since I've been living here. The first time was ok but the second time was awful. Food-wise, service-wise and cleanliness. I agree, it's not worth the drive.
