Does anyone have any information about the KB Sundance Square community (off of Potranco ouside of 1604)? I'm looking to build there, and it looks like a nice area...but any information - of good or bad experiences - from someone 'in the know' would be appreciated!

They are going to have a gym room and there are trails between Ridge and Square. Also, the houses in Ridge are going to be between 20 to 30 feet from each other which makes the front yards look great. You also cannot build a 2 story on a corner lot even though some are. (grandfathered)
