Hello - new to all of this, but enjoyed reading through most of this thread's comments. I do have a few questions though, hope someone could help.

Long story short: Looking to buy a new home....currently live off 90 West & 1604 for the past 13 years and looking for a new home but want to stay within this area...we love it but know little to nothing about real estate. Noticed development just past 1604 on 90 heading west on the right side just past Grosenbacher. Any info and feed back would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

From that area, if you look East on the other side of Hwy 90, you see a water tower. That belongs to the medium security state prison. IMO, to close for comfort. How about moving further north along Potranco. Lots of new homes going up in that area.

Hey Aneokly,
Check out Sundance Square and Sundance Ridge - out Potranco about 3 miles past Wally World. We just moved into SR and love it.

Yeah, the houses in SR are minimum 20 feet from eachother which gives the front yards a great look. Different then your 5 foot to fence, 5 foot to other house look.

It's looking like that small shopping center on the NW corner of Potranco/1604 is almost done and there's still no names on any of the stores.. I hope we don't get a brand new ghost center..

Just went to the Which Wich site. That sounds like a cool concept for a sandwich shop. Are they any good?

I have never had one, but they do look interesting on the website. Seems that they won a "Best sandwich of 2007" award, and the menu looks good.

Looking forward to giving them a try!
