LOL, everything is at 281 and 1604. I bet the traffic up there is enough to make a grown man cry.

Joker, most of the retail has been built, what is yet to be constructed is the residential and office portion. I also believe two hotels are also being built one of them being an aloft. And yes, there will be a boutique theater as well, along the lines of the Bijou.

I heard about that...They are suppose to be going for that "Life Style Centers" Not much life there yet...I think Tosoro is going RIGHT behind that 1 hotel thats built!. That will be there new building, I think they already cut ground for a 09 opening???
But what other small retailers that are there??? Not much that I can think off...
The development could use and office max or offic depot...Should do great next to all the clinics and hospital...Cant think of any office retailer on that intersection??? Just a though...

It's not going after a "lifestyle center" look, as though as just retail separated by asphalt parking lots i.e. The Quarry Market and The Forum. Legacy is going to be more of the new urbamism type development.

There's an Office Max in the Northwoods shopping center, at the east end of the strip that includes Sun Harvest.

You raise an interesting point about needing more office retailers. With all of the new retail centers going in around the city, it's a wonder Staples hasn't opened stores in SA yet. Their nearest stores are in Austin.

I'm not sure how this center is going to do. There are hardly any stores in the part that is developed. I just don't think they get enough visibility. And now that Village at Stone Oak is in getting all the higher end shopping, like Talbots etc. I don't know what is going to be it's anchor or key to getting people to shop there. Right now it's mostly food and salons. Best Buy isn't close enough to be considered an anchor. People like their big strip malls (life style center? never heard of that) with all the stores facing the main road so you can see where you want to shop. For the Legacy to work it needs a store that isn't located any where else to draw people in. I may be wrong, it might do just fine with all the traffic the area gets.
