Well, you can't change the parameters to fit your definition. The type of residential housing provided does not keep it from being a mixed-use lifestyle center. But regards, the Rim has The Ricchi and soon, will have this residential complex, called Aura at the Rim.

Also, another mixed-use lifestyle center is District North/The Landmark.

In my post above I also meant to say that I forgot about Elian.

Anyone who goes to Elian, The Quarry Market, La Cantera, or soon to be Legacy (the fourth) will see a huge difference in how the residential connects with the retail and office aspects of those developments. The Rim is just a large sprawling strip center that happens to have garden style apartments (that have fences completely around them) around its edge.

The Rim matches this description IMO.

And The Ricci and the Aura.

It's the definition of mixed-use lifestyle center as it also has hotels.

Same for District North/The Landmark.

Eh! Being able to only walk around a strip mall isn't my cup of the tea. You still rely on your car for everything else. Better then nothing though.
