Attorney Suggestion (Type, Name of a Good Attorney) (buy, college) - San Antonio - Texas (TX) - City-Data Forum

Here is why I'm asking for the above..... Our Son and his Girlfriend had a Baby about one month ago. Before she became pregnant their relationship was on and off. From what we have been told and grant it Parents aren't told everything his Girlfriend began to use the Baby as a Pawn whenever there was an arguement. She is from a pretty messed up Family, Her Mom has been married 4 times, She (Her Mom) always wants to be in control, etc. In this case the Apple did not fall far from the tree. Her (his Girlfriend) Family has money and she has relished in it. In my opinion she is a Spolied *****.
As a College Student who works our Son accepted his responsibility from the start. He has helped her with money during the pregnancy, purchased Baby Items months before the birth, etc. Due to her Family Background we opened our doors up to her and have a furnished bedroom with a crib, rocker, a bed for her, diapers, clothes, etc. He continues to give her money (always a check), buy formula, etc. She selected to live with an Aunt who has emotional problems, hoards, allows he dogs to **** and **** on the floor, etc. That situation sickens me.
When everything is going good then there are no problems between them. When she gets upset over stupid things.....as in not emptying the Diaper Genie (She has allowed to let it fill up and blames him since it is not emptied) she gets pissed at him. Remember he Does Not live with her.
Our Son has finally reached his breaking point and we have told him the only way to rectify this situation is for us to hire an Attorney. He would like to have the best of both worlds and not mess up the potential for a future relationship with his Girlfriend.
So my questions are... What Type of an Attorney do we need to hire? Can you suggest one?
Our Son is not looking for full custody (although it would be a good idea) he no longer wants to be jacked around and have his Son used as an object or a Pawn. We can deal with full custody if need be. My Wife is retired and I too am willing to do whatever I can and need to do.
*We as Parents can only do so much. This has to be his decision as far as the Attoney (but we will pay). Lord knows I have wanted to contact CPS so they can observe his Girlfriend's living conditions. My worry is that doing the right thing will potentially strain my relationship with my Son.
In closing I need to say that he does see his Son but not as much as he needs to. Everytime we have seen our Grandson (at our home) she is always here. Right or Wrong we allow her to stay the night or weekend.
I know this is TMI but with it you'll have a good idea of this unfortunate situation.
