No one seems to have an answer to my Question who is part of the government so I might as well ask the people.

I live within city limits and it is my understanding that you have to be outside of city limits and more then 5,000 ft away from San Antonio City. But my question is once you get out there where do you light them? On the Highways, in a farm, on a farm road, a public park?

I am looking at possibly swinging by Bullis county park, would that be a good place to light fireworks?

I am just looking for a place on stone oak (1604 281) to light a few without getting slapped with a fine. Help is always appreciated.

When the ads come out for the Fireworks companies they will usually indicate if they have a location set aside for using the fireworks. It is fun because you can also see other peoples fireworks. Bonus. There usually are places along 281 that are setup. EMS and fire on scene, etc....

Otherwise be careful, I think it is still illegal to bring fireworks into the city. So when you buy the fireworks you have to use them. You cannot buy them and then go home and then go back out to use them. Cops have been know to watch for people leaving the stands and catch them crossing city limits. Its a pretty nasty ticket.

As for Bullis Park I would say check with Bullis first.
