Is the area around Woodbine and Sawyer in the 19th Ward Neighborhood and is that a rough neighborhood or a fairly stable working class neighborhood? Are there a lot of vacant 2 family homes in that area? I'm thinking of buying a duplex 2 family home in that area and living in it. So any info is gratefully accepted!

Hi,

We just sold our home near #16 school a few months ago. A good friend own's a store on near Sawyer. Houses are decent price but area is not great anymore--fights & shootings. Try Genesee Park Blvd area, a little quieter. I hope that helps.
