^ The Rochester NY Pizza Blog. This guy goes all around Monroe County pizza parlors and grades them. I don't always agree with him but it's an awesome read.
LOL @ a pizza blogger. I find people like that like go out and complain about things for the sake of complaining and have no clue what they are talking about.
But the subject at hand: My favorites are Ninos on Culver. Great Sicilian style. Bay goodman on Winton & Atlantic. Joe's Brooklyn/Pizza Stop are also pretty good.
For a chain, I like Cams and Marks the best. I tried Salvatore's, didn't think much of them, but their new location in the old Doughnuts Delite store should open soon. I'll have to give them another try.

For sure I didn't agree with a lot of this guy's opinions, but I liked that he had images of all the different pizzas, so you kinda know what you're getting.
Joe's and Pizza Stop are not the same. Pizza Stop is much better and by far the best in Rochester if you like NYC style pizza. Joe's tends to be too greasy- but overall a decent pizza. Best Pontillos is in Bushnell's basin- order it well done. I do not care for Marks or Salvatore's- would rather have Dominoes.
I live right down the street from Gallos, which is stupendously good. And their medium wing sauce is amazing. I found myself scooping it up with my fingers last night haha. Its so nice living 30 seconds down the road from that place!
