So what do you guys think? I say reject. There nothing to special. I would love to see a 15-20 floor condo tower.

God, that one proposal is hideous. It looks like a jail from the '70s. The last thing Rochester needs is more modernist architecture, thirty years after it went out of date everywhere else.

The brick turret thing is OK, certainly the better of the two.

But the idea in the comments is the worst of all. A "park." Like Rochester doesn't already have more open space than Yosemite.

I've got a great idea for the city of Rochester: Why don't you put an actual city there? It's a great place for one.
