Wow, great photos! Those are angles you rarely see. Where did you take them from?
The top two look to be Propsect Terrace Park (Congdon St on the East Side) where the statue of Roger Williams overlooks downtown. You can see the black wrought iron fencing in the foreground. The last picture appears to be on South Water Street where Route 195 once crossed the river (see bridge footings).

The Prospect Park image was taken with a much longer lens than typical - with the goal of capturing something 'different' than what usually results from up there. The one below is from behind some cement wall on south water.
